Bouquet: Intense and complex, with dominant notes of ripe forest fruits, cherries, and plums. Nuances of sweet spices, tobacco, licorice, and a balsamic touch that enriches the bouquet are also perceptible.
Taste: Structured and full-bodied, with velvety, well-integrated tannins. On the palate, flavors of ripe red fruit and jam are felt, accompanied by hints of spices, dark chocolate, and a light note of Mediterranean herbs. Long and persistent, with a pleasant minerality that reflects the Sardinian terroir.

Pairings: Ideal with red meat dishes, game, roasts, and aged cheeses. It also pairs well with typical Sardinian cuisine dishes such as porceddu (Sardinian suckling pig), or with rich, flavorful braised meats and stews.
Terroir: The grapes come from vineyards located on calcareous-clay soils in the Sulcis and Trexenta regions, characterized by a Mediterranean climate with hot, dry summers and mild winters. This gives the wine a particular aromatic intensity and a well-defined tannic structure.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo traditional vinification with fermentation in steel. Subsequently, the wine is aged for 18-24 months in French oak barriques, which add complexity and depth to the aromatic profile.
