Taste: Dry, pure and delicate, with a lively acidity that provides freshness. Flavors of white-fleshed fruit and citrus emerge on the palate, supported by an elegant minerality. The finish is long and persistent, characterized by a pleasant sensation of lightness and purity

Pairings: Ideal with seafood, sushi, white fish ceviche, young Parmesan, or Pata Negra ham. Also excellent as an aperitif
Terroir: The grapes come from selected vineyards in the Champagne region, characterized by calcareous soils that give the wine its distinctive minerality. The cool climate of the area favors slow grape ripening, essential for achieving the balance between maturity and acidity necessary for the production of a Brut Nature
Vinification: The selection of grapes is rigorous, choosing only those with optimal maturity and low acidity. After alcoholic fermentation, the base wine is blended without the addition of sugar (zero dosage). This is followed by aging on the lees for at least 6 years, which contributes to the aromatic complexity and the finesse of the perlage
