Pairings: It serves as a meditation spirit, served neat or on the rocks. Perfect with dark chocolate, or desserts based on dried or cooked fruit (pears, plums). Also excellent in mixing for classic and contemporary brandy-based cocktails.
Terroir: The brandy is born from the use of Emilian white wines, particularly from Trebbiano grapes, which retain freshness and acidity after distillation. Aging in oak barrels confers complexity and spicy aromas, creating a spirit with a strong territorial identity.
Production: The grapes are vinified to obtain a base wine, which is then distilled using a dual technique: continuous (column) and discontinuous (Charentais alembic). This is followed by aging in oak barrels of various sizes and careful blending, before a period of rest and bottling.
