Origin: Aranda de Duero, Burgos, Castile and León, Spain
Grape Variety: Tempranillo
Color: Intense cherry red with garnet highlights, of great depth and consistency.
Nose: Complex and enveloping bouquet, with predominant notes of ripe black fruit such as blackberry and blackcurrant, accompanied by balsamic, toasted, and dark chocolate hints.
Taste: On the palate, it is powerful and fleshy, with flavors of ripe fruit, plum, pipe tobacco, and mint chocolate. The tannins are ripe and round, providing a balanced structure and remarkable persistence.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C
Pairings: Ideal with grilled red meats, roasts, game, and aged cheeses. It also pairs perfectly with mushroom-based dishes and savory stews.
Terroir: The grapes come from vineyards located in the Ribera del Duero, characterized by limestone soils and a continental climate with significant temperature fluctuations, which favor optimal ripening of the Tempranillo grapes, giving the wine complexity and structure.
Vinification: After a selected manual harvest, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine then matures for 12-14 months in new 225 and 400-liter French oak barrels with medium toast, followed by bottle aging to harmonize the flavors.

Its powerful structure and ripe tannins make it suitable for long aging, during which it further develops its organoleptic characteristics, offering a refined and persistent tasting experience.
