Origin: Courrensan, Gers, Armagnac, France

Raw materials: Juniper, coriander, iris root, angelica root, cardamom, grains of paradise, calamus, orange peel

Color: Light blonde with golden highlights, the result of aging in Bas-Armagnac barrels

Nose: Elegant and refined, with fresh notes of juniper and orange peel, spicy nuances of cardamom and pepper, and hints of balsamic and citrus that add complexity

Taste: Smooth and enveloping, with a balance between the freshness of the botanicals and the sweetness imparted by the wood. Spices and citrus emerge in harmony, with a long, persistent finish reminiscent of Armagnac barrels

Serving temperature: Serve chilled, around 6/8 °C if enjoyed neat. Also perfect for mixing with neutral tonics

Pairings: Excellent to enjoy neat as a “sipping gin”. It pairs well with elegant cocktails like a classic gin and tonic, or with fresh citrus peels. Interesting with light spicy dishes or dark chocolate, for a refined contrast

Terroir: Produced in the heart of Armagnac, in Gers, an area famous for its spirits. The use of oak barrels that previously held Bas-Armagnac provides a unique character, enriching the gin with delicate woody and golden nuances, an authentic expression of local savoir-faire

Production: The botanicals are macerated in neutral alcohol and distilled twice (approximately 8 hours per distillation). After distillation, the gin rests in oak barrels that previously held Bas-Armagnac, before being brought to 43.2% vol. using purified water
