Nose: Broad and rich, with notes of orange peel, grapefruit, honey, quince, butter cookies, and menthol
Palate: Silky, creamy, deep, very elegant, and with pleasant tension
Serving temperature: 8/10° C
Pairings: Ideal with fish-based dishes, seafood, white meats, and soft cheeses
Terroir: The grapes come from selected vineyards in the Champagne region, characterized by calcareous soils that impart minerality and freshness to the wine.
Vinification: The grapes are vinified separately by variety and individual plot, with gentle pressing and white fermentation. After aging for a few months, the selected *vins clairs* are blended and undergo a second fermentation in the bottle according to the *Méthode Champenoise*, with a long aging period of 12 years *sur lattes*.
Description: Krug 2002 is a Champagne with strong charisma, in which natural intensity, delicacy, and bold elegance are masterfully blended. It was released after Krug 2003, just as Krug 1988 left the cellars after Krug 1989. As with every Champagne from the House, Krug 2002 only improves with time.

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
