Raw material: Finnish barley of local varieties, grown in the Nordic climate and partially sourced from regenerative agriculture.

Nose: Delicate and linear, with subtle notes of grain and a clean, fresh sensation. The bouquet is intentionally neutral, with a light natural sweetness and a hint of minerality, which attest to the purity of the raw materials.

Taste: Dry, smooth, and perfectly balanced. On the palate, it is round and silky, with a clear sense of purity reminiscent of spring water. Terroir: Produced in the village of Koskenkorva, surrounded by fields of Finnish barley. Distillation: Production takes place via continuous distillation in over 200 stages, yielding an alcohol of the highest purity. The process takes place entirely in Koskenkorva and uses spring water from Rajamäki for the final dilution. The entire cycle is highly efficient and sustainable: by-products are reused as feed or bioenergy, and the distillation plant operates with a circular system that minimizes energy waste.
