Raw materials: Mash bill of corn (75%), rye (13%), and malted barley (12%)

Nose: Complex and enveloping, with notes of vanilla, honey, and caramel at the forefront. Followed by hints of candied orange peel, sweet spices, toasted wood, and blond tobacco. The finish reveals subtle notes of toasted cereal and brown sugar, a testament to its aging in new American oak barrels.
Palate: Smooth and harmonious, with a sweet entry of vanilla and caramel. It develops warmth and depth on the palate thanks to notes of black pepper, cinnamon, and cloves. The body is medium, round, and well-balanced by a light smoky note and a touch of toasted wood. A persistent and spicy finish, with returning hints of honey, oak, and burnt sugar.

Terroir: Produced in the heart of Kentucky, where water naturally rich in calcium carbonate contributes to a smoother and cleaner distillation. Aging takes place in deeply charred ("Alligator Char") American oak barrels, which impart color, body, and characteristic notes of vanilla and smoky wood. The area's continental climate, with significant temperature fluctuations, promotes constant and regular maturation.
Production: The mash bill consists of corn, rye, and malted barley, fermented with selected yeasts and distilled in column stills. This is followed by aging for at least 5 years in heavily toasted new American oak barrels. This traditional process, combined with manual monitoring of the aging, ensures a bourbon of great balance and personality.
