Origin: Provence, France (Château Minuty Rose et Or AOP)

Color: Pale and luminous pink, with delicate crystalline reflections.
Nose: Intense and elegant. It releases fresh aromas of citrus, dominated by pink grapefruit, which blend harmoniously with notes of white peach and delicate floral hints.
Taste: Extremely refined and complex. On the palate, it is vibrant, fresh, and round, with an excellent aromatic concentration that recalls white-fleshed fruit. The finish is long, silky, and slightly savory.
Alcohol Content: 12.5% vol.
Serving Temperature: 8-10°C
Pairings: Exclusive aperitifs, raw fish, oysters, bouillabaisse, sushi, sashimi, refined Asian cuisine, and summer salads with red berries.
Terroir: AOP Côtes de Provence. Grapes sourced from the estate's finest plots (Vins de Domaine), situated on schist and clay-limestone soils influenced by the maritime climate of the Saint-Tropez peninsula.
Vinification: Strict selection and hand-harvesting. Direct pressing and vinification at controlled low temperatures to maximize the extraction and preservation of primary aromas. No malolactic fermentation.
