Nose: Elegant and complex, with intense notes of white flowers, ripe apricot, candied orange peel, toasted hazelnuts, and a delicate spicy undertone.
Taste: Full-bodied, velvety, and harmonious. It unfolds on the palate with smoothness, offering a texture rich in dried fruit, sweet spices, and hints of noble wood. A long, persistent finish with echoes of candied citrus and vanilla.

Pairings: Perfect as a contemplative digestif. Ideal when accompanied by high-quality cigars, blue cheeses, foie gras, or dark chocolate desserts. Also excellent with dried fruits and almond pastries.
Terroir: Sourced exclusively from the Grande Champagne area, the Premier Cru of Cognac, characterized by chalky soils that bestow elegance and finesse. The eaux-de-vie used have an average aging of approximately 40 years, with some exceeding 70 years, in French oak barrels, to develop maximum aromatic complexity.
Vinification: Traditional Charentaise double-distillation in copper pot stills, followed by long aging in Limousin oak wood. The final blend is the result of a meticulous selection of the oldest reserves of Maison Ménard.
