Nose: Rich and fragrant, with notes of ripe blackcurrant, juicy red fruits, and delicate vegetal nuances that provide freshness and vibrancy
Taste: Sweet and velvety, with the typical intensity of blackcurrant. On the palate, it is creamy and persistent, well-balanced by a slight acidity that lightens its structure and makes it pleasantly harmonious

Pairings: Ideal for preparing Kir and Kir Royal, perfect with dry white wines and champagne. Excellent as an ingredient in fruity cocktails, it also pairs well with red fruit-based desserts, ice cream, mousses, and light pastries
Terroir: The blackcurrants come from the Côte d’Or, grown on the clay-limestone soils typical of Burgundy. The proximity to the production sites ensures the freshness and integrity of the fruit, which maintains its typical intense aromatics
Production: The berries are macerated in alcohol for about six weeks, followed by a second infusion (“recharge”). The resulting juice is sweetened with sugar using the “cold sugaring” technique, which preserves aromas and freshness by avoiding heating or oxidation

We do everything possible to process orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates once an order has been placed. Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If an error was made with the order details, it is faster to create a new order with the correct details and then contact our Customer Service team.
