Raw materials: Rice-based neutral spirit
Color: Crystalline, transparent
Nose: Elegant and subtle, with notes of yellow yuzu, lemon peel, well-integrated juniper, herbaceous nuances of sanshō (Japanese pepper), and vegetal freshness from bamboo and gyokuro green tea leaves.
Palate: Dry, refined, with prominent citrus, delicate spice from ginger and sanshō, the smoothness of the rice base, and a long finish with hints of green tea and fresh herbs.
Alcohol content: 45.7% ABV
Serving temperature: 6-10 °C, ideal neat with ice or in delicate cocktails

– Gin & Tonic with light tonic
– Mizuwari (diluted with water according to Japanese tradition)
– Sushi and sashimi, delicate fish dishes
– Light appetizers based on citrus or fresh herbs
Terroir: Pure water from the Fushimi area, famous for sake; local botanicals such as yuzu, sanshō, bamboo, gyokuro green tea, and hinoki wood.
Production: Botanicals divided into 6 categories (Base, Citrus, Tea, Herbs, Spices, Fruit/Floral), distilled separately and then blended with rice spirit and Fushimi water to create harmony and aromatic clarity.

We do everything possible to process orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates once an order has been placed. Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
