Color: Bright straw yellow with golden reflections and light greenish nuances.

Nose: Elegant and aromatic, with notes of citrus, yellow apple, white peach, and delicate tropical fruit, accompanied by floral hints of white flowers and light mineral undertones.

Palate: Fresh, balanced, and enveloping, with a pleasant acidity that supports the sip. Notes of fruit and citrus emerge on the palate, well-harmonized by a soft structure and a persistent, refined mineral finish.

Serving temperature: 10-12°C

Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, it perfectly accompanies appetizers, lake and sea fish, shellfish, sushi, delicate risottos, white meats, and fresh cheeses. Also excellent with vegetarian cuisine and light summer dishes.

Terroir: The vineyards of the Sopraceneri are developed on mineral, well-drained hilly soils, characterized by a mild climate influenced by the Alps and the Ticino lakes. Significant temperature fluctuations between day and night favor slow ripening and preserve aromatic freshness and acid balance.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified separately in stainless steel at a controlled temperature to preserve aromatic integrity and varietal freshness. After blending, the wine ages on fine lees for a few weeks, acquiring greater complexity and gustatory roundness.
