Raw Material: 100% malted barley lightly peated with heather-rich peat

Nose: Intense and complex, with notes of heather honey, bitter orange, dried fruit, sweet spices, and an elegant floral smoke
Palate: Balanced and enveloping, with the sweetness of honey and candied fruit, warm spices of cinnamon and cloves, charred orange peel, and a long, lightly smoky finish

Pairings: Pairs perfectly with game, blue and soft cheeses, dark chocolate desserts, spiced biscuits, and smoked dishes. Also excellent for meditation.
Terroir: The Orkney Islands offer a harsh, windy climate that limits vegetation. The heather-rich peat gives the whisky a sweet, floral smoke, while the maritime influence adds freshness and minerality.
Production: Matured for at least 12 years in European and American ex-Oloroso sherry oak casks, with a prevalence of first-fill. This process provides aromatic complexity and a perfect balance between sweetness, spices, and smoky notes.
