Origin: Kirkwall, Orkney Islands, Scotland – Scotland's northernmost distillery, founded in 1798
Raw material: 100% malted barley, partially processed with traditional floor malting and smoked with local heather peat
Color: Bright amber, natural, no coloring added
Nose: Intense and complex, with baked cherries, dark chocolate, honey, candied orange peel, and a subtle maritime smoke
Palate: Creamy and balanced, with fruit jam, dark honey, warm spices, toffee, and coffee, with delicate heather smoke
Finish: Long and persistent, with spiced sweetness, honey, and ripe fruit, an elegant and smoky conclusion
Serving temperature: 18–20 °C
Pairings: Grilled meats, braised dishes, game, aged cheeses, dark chocolate desserts

No, we currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein; consequently, we accept the Swiss Franc CHF as currency.

We do everything possible to process orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates once an order has been placed. Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If an error was made with the order details, it is faster to create a new order with the correct details and then contact our Customer Service team.
