Which payment methods can I use?
We offer many payment methods including Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Bank transfer and many others.

Can I purchase the wines with another currency?
No, we currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein; consequently, we accept the Swiss Franc (CHF) as currency.
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
We do everything possible to process orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates once an order has been placed. Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If an error was made with the order details, it is faster to create a new order with the correct details and then contact our Customer Service team. We will do everything we can to accommodate your requests.
